SUMMER CROSS COUNTRY
For both middle and high school teams, here is the summer conditioning schedule:

Voluntary Conditioning:  Begin Immediately

Mondays             Begin Stretching at 9:00 A.M. (Finished by 10:30 A.M.)
Wednesdays       Begin Stretching at 9:00 A.M. (Finished by 11:00 A.M.)
Fridays                Timed Mile begins at 9:00 A.M. on the track (Finished by 11:00 A.M.)
