The Care Closet / Jr-Sr High PTO has put together 16 “kits” that contain approximately 3 months worth of feminine products each. They would like to make these available to students in grades 7-12 for the summer if needed and can be picked up on May 26 between 9a - 7p during Chromebook turn in / locker item pick up. These “kits” are disguised in gift bags so the contents will not be visible to other people there. The Power of the Pen district tournament was Feb. 11 at GISA. Northwestern had two 7th grade participants (Adelyn Mullins and Dominique Rogers) and three 8th grade participants (Tabitha Fields, Haley Renegar and Gabby Sebring). Gabby Sebring placed 1st for 8th grade in the tournament! Students selected to participate in the regional tournament in March will be announced in two weeks.
