Kindergarten Registration and Assessment
March 18th and 19th
Northwestern Elementary will hold registration and readiness assessments for students entering Kindergarten in the 2026-2027 school year on March 18th and 19th.
Parents of children eligible for Kindergarten should call the school at 937-964-3240 extension 1137 to arrange an appointment.
Documents Needed to Register:
Child’s Birth Certificate (Health Department Copy)
Child’s Immunization Record
Child’s Custody/Adoption/Guardianship Papers (if applicable)
Proof of Residency (Parent/Guardian)
Parent/Guardian ID
Please, be reminded Kindergarten Students must be 5 years of age by the first day of school. State Law requires that all students must attend Kindergarten before entering First Grade.
