We are very excited to announce that NW has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service that will be replacing paper forms for our athletic department. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update. Volleyball Information: High School Volleyball Tryouts Monday, 8/3, 9:00am - 12:00pm Bring court shoes and running shoes. Middle School Volleyball Tryouts Tuesday, 8/4, 6-8:00 pm Wednesday, 8/5, 6-8:00 pm If you can’t make it to both Tuesday and Wednesday, you should attend Saturday, 8/1, from 10am to noon. Northwestern Schools have selected Florida Virtual as their online option for students this fall. There is information about FVLS on our website under the Families tab.

Athletic physicals will be available on Saturday, July 18, 2020, at the Northwestern Athletic Complex with the following schedule: 8:00-9:00am if your last name begins with A- I 9:00-10:00am if your last name begins with J - R 10:00-11:00am if your last name begins with S - Z Each physical is $20 and checks need to be made out to the Northwestern Athletic Boosters. Masks will be required once inside the building and social distancing will be enforced. Physical forms will be given to student-athletes and will be available the day of physicals.
